Karen joined the office in Belfast as an Associate Broker in March of 2008. Karen has several years of experience in real estate sales and property management and brings her absolute passion for houses and interiors along with a successful sales record to the company. Because she has renovated many properties of her own and worked with design clients, Karen has the ability to make design suggestions to sellers when listing a home or buyers when considering a purchase. Karen returned home to Maine 22 years ago after an extensive career in corporate transportation and logistics. She lives in Searsmont where she is currently President of the Searsmont Historical Society.
